[Store tour] L’Occitane Café City Walk, how to create a food and beauty store concept

Opened in 2019 by the French group L’Occitane and Chalhoub, L’Occitane Café City Walk is a concept which mixes a beauty-cosmetics store with a café-restaurant. It reminds the 86 Champs store unveiled by L’Occitane and Pierre Hermé in 2017 on the Paris Champs-Élysées avenue, where customers can experience L’Occitane products and taste some creations from the famous pastry Chef.

L’Occitane Café was designed in a way that there are no boundaries between the store and café-restaurant, so you can easily switch between the two spaces. This concept is also the opportunity for L’Occitane to diversify its activity and organize events with its food services and animations.

The café-restaurant

Café-restaurant spaces were created inside the City Walk mall but also outside with the furnished terrace

You will find a very large menu for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or diner, including starters, main courses, bakeries and desserts
